After the popcorn was removed by another company, they came in and shared duties skimming and smoothing out the ceilings, floating where necessary, applying several coats, all at a fair price.   • Wow! My house turned out amazing!!! Used Angel & Zalo Pilar because they did great work at my mothers apartment senior living complex in Escondido. Like everyone else I got three quotes and Angel was not only the best price but I got to pick out the high quality paint. As you know some company's give a great price but use low quality paint. Other trades came in after them and messed up some paint and they had no problem coming back and doing touch up at no charge. I would recommend to all! My wife and I are super happy.
